We will discuss approximate fee at the initial stage of instructions . Our fee will depend on complexity of your matter and the time we spend on your matter and the solicitor dealing with your matter . Therefore it may not be possible to provide fixed fee in all the cases though we are happy to agree on fixed fee whenever possible. Following fee chart will certainly help you to understand the fees we charge.
Please note following fees exclude VAT which is charged at 20%
Fixed fee for filing a divorce application and acting for you until the final divorce certificate is issued is £750 plus VAT. With regard to other fees (financial arrangement and child arrangement the fees) the fees are charged at an hourly rate as per the work carried out.

Disbursements
Disbursements could be high in family matter which our clients may find stressful. We are there to help you to make legal jargons simple and explain the disbursements whenever possible. Disbursements typical family matter include court fee, counsel fee, fee to third parties such as CAFCAS, medical experts etc.
