Immigration Services

At York solicitors we speak six different languages which certainly help our wide range of clients. We offer you transparent advice, do not guarantee false commitments. Nevertheless, we are experienced and up to date with changing rules and regulations.

We are required by the SRA Rules to provide price information regarding our immigration services and Asylum applications. Please note that the following prices do not include any disbursements such as home office fee, tribunal fee, counsel fees, fees payable to other professionals and any other incidental fees which may be required in your application.

Our Fees and Costs

Our immigration matters are undertaken on a fixed fee basis, and the costs will vary according to the complexity of the case. We have given the fixed fee range below and we should be able to discuss the same more in detail at our initial consultation.

If you are subject to VAT, this will be added to the costs which is 20 % of the fee. We will inform you , at the initial consultation, if your fee is vatable or not. Please see the following fixed fee range for each type of application .

The stages of your matter depend on the type of application and appeal. Therefore we are unable to outline  the stages  or exact time scale before perusing the documents and discussing the matter with you. Our practice is that we usually  inform you  approximate time scale   at the initial discussion .

However we  always answer your queries during the process and therefore  you are free  to discuss  the next steps at the initial state or during the process of your application/appeal.
